Game Summary

Eric Glover-Williams rushed for three touchdowns and passed for two others as the Bulldogs overcame a 14-point halftime deficit to win at Memorial Stadium and stay undefeated.

​Glover-Williams ran 19 times for 189 yards and was 8-of-14 passing for 103 yards with an interception in the Federal League opener for both teams. His 29-yard TD run with 58 seconds left was the game-winner for the two-time defending league champions.

​Luke Grandjean threw two touchdowns and had a rushing touchdown for 0-4 Hoover.

​Grandjean had 26 carries for 167 yards and was 10-of-18 passing for 153 yards with an interception.

​Jake Garfield caught both of Grandjean’s touchdown passes and had 89 yards on four catches.
